First time flashing Ressurection Remix M on your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s)
Install a compatible recovery
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash CyanogenMod
Clear Dalvik Cache Again
Reboot
